Affordable Psychotherapy in London and Online
I believe everyone should have access to quality, affordable psychotherapy in London or wherever they live. That’s why I offer a sliding scale of fees for both in-person and online sessions. This flexible approach helps keep therapy accessible to people from all walks of life, with additional concessions available for students, people who are unemployed, and older adults on low incomes.
Why Affordable Psychotherapy Matters
Mental health care shouldn’t be a luxury, it’s a fundamental right. But financial barriers often prevent people from accessing the support they need. By offering this flexible approach, my goal is to make affordable psychotherapy in London accessible to people from all financial backgrounds.
This approach supports students, those who are unemployed, retirees on a fixed income, and anyone facing financial challenges. No one should have to put their mental health on hold because of cost.
Affordable psychotherapy can help with anxiety, relationship difficulties, unresolved trauma, and many other challenges. Breaking down financial barriers opens the door to better well-being and a healthier, more equitable community.
If you’re concerned about fees, please reach out so we can discuss your situation and find a way to make therapy both effective and financially manageable for you.

Questions People Often Ask Me
I don’t work directly with insurers, but I can provide invoices if your plan covers psychotherapy or offers reimbursement for it. Every provider has different rules, so it’s always best to check directly with them before starting. If you’re unsure, I’m happy to guide you through the process and help clarify what’s possible.
I require a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less notice will be charged.
The fee reflects not only the time spent in each session but also the years of training, ongoing supervision, and preparation that support the work. It also allows me to provide a consistent and reliable service, with the care and focus you deserve. I understand that therapy is a commitment, and I aim to keep my fees fair while recognising the value of the support I provide.
If you prefer to pay in cash, this can be done at the end of each session. For bank transfers, I usually ask for payment a day in advance. Some people choose to pay for several sessions at the start of the month, and that works well too. I’m flexible with payment methods, and we can agree on what feels easiest and most consistent for you.
Yes. The first session is an opportunity for us to meet, discuss what brings you here, and explore how it feels to work together. There’s no obligation to continue afterwards; many people find that having one initial meeting helps them decide more clearly. From there, you can choose whether ongoing therapy feels right for you.
